Leadership in automotive diagnosis and repair REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience as Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, or similar role in an automotive dealership. - Technical knowledge in automotive diagnosis and repair. - Leadership, organizational skills, and team management abilities. - Results-oriented mindset and customer satisfaction focus. - Decision-making and problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assign repair tasks to the technical team based on their capabilities, specialties, and workload. - Perform and supervise vehicle repairs, ensuring proper tool usage, work quality, and adherence to scheduled timelines. - Develop and implement strategies jointly with management to increase service workshop productivity and efficiency. - Conduct road tests to detect vehicle faults and verify completed repairs upon job completion. - Provide personalized customer service, effectively resolving complaints or issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Maintain inventories of specialized tools and work tools assigned to technicians under custody. - Review and supervise the quality of work performed across various workshop processes.
