Field personnel management and problem resolution On-Site Assembly Supervision and Control: • Coordinate and supervise on-site metal structure assembly activities. • Verify that structures arrive at the site in optimal condition and according to project specifications. • Ensure correct interpretation and application of assembly drawings and technical specifications. • Control alignment, leveling, and anchoring of structural elements in accordance with applicable regulations. Safety and Risk Prevention: • Supervise compliance with on-site safety standards, especially for work at height and handling of heavy loads. • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety measures for each activity. • Coordinate with the site safety department to implement risk prevention plans. Field Personnel Management: • Coordinate activities of assembly personnel (welders, assemblers, crane operators, assistants, etc.). • Assign tasks and supervise adherence to the construction schedule. • Resolve technical issues or unforeseen field problems to prevent delays. Assembly Quality Control: • Ensure correct installation and fastening of bolts, welds, and structural connections. • Verify application of anti-corrosion coatings and finishes per specifications. • Supervise execution of required on-site tests and inspections (visual inspections, ultrasonic testing of welds, etc.).
