Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer for Series Housing Construction to ensure quality and compliance with construction processes, lead teams, and optimize resources. We seek to integrate your talent as: RESIDENT ENGINEER FOR SERIES HOUSING CONSTRUCTION With a minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in the construction industry, specifically in prefabricated formwork. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Engineering and/or Architecture (Degree holder) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off, with flexible availability. LOCATION: Chalco — residency near this area is mandatory. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure timely and proper fulfillment of commitments through strict supervision and control of the construction process. • Implement negotiation strategies to optimize resources. • Ensure construction quality. • Supervise concrete work and finishing works. • Photographic reporting. • On-site power generators. • Personnel management and leadership. KNOWLEDGE: Must possess knowledge of prefabricated formwork, material handling, series housing construction processes, concrete coordination, and construction equipment.
