





We are seeking Technical Support staff to join our team, with technical expertise in WiFi and mobile connectivity, modem configuration, and setup of devices connected to the internet via WiFi or SIM card. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance, ensuring proper installation and operation of our devices across various networks. **- Key Responsibilities:** * *Installation and Configuration:* Assist users with device installation and connection to WiFi and mobile networks. * *Phone Support:* Provide efficient technical support via phone calls, guiding customers through resolution of connectivity issues. * *Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and resolve issues related to networks, coverage, and device configuration. * *Documentation and Reporting:* Use office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, etc.) to document incidents, generate reports, and track cases. * *Customer Service:* Deliver courteous and patient service, ensuring a positive user experience. **- Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical support. * Knowledge of WiFi, WiFi extenders/repeaters, and modem configuration—including enabling or disabling 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz bands. * Experience installing and configuring devices across diverse networks. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience and empathy when handling complex customer situations. * Logical and efficient problem-solving ability—particularly over the phone.
