




At **Psicofarma Toluca**, a 100% Mexican laboratory with over 45 years of experience in developing medications for the central nervous system, we are seeking a motivated and passionate **Validation Engineer**. You will be part of the **launch of our new pharmaceutical plant**, contributing to meeting the highest quality and regulatory standards. Company: Psicofarma Location: Toluca **Responsibilities:** * Execute and document validation activities for equipment, systems, processes, and cleaning in the injectables manufacturing plant. * Actively participate in commissioning a new pharmaceutical plant under national and international regulations. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS). * Develop validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), reports, and schedules. * Coordinate testing and release activities with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments. * Provide technical follow-up on qualified equipment and service suppliers. * Sampling of manufacturing processes (injectable products). * Ensure traceability, document control, and regulatory compliance at the plant. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.** * Solid knowledge of GMP regulations, Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), COFEPRIS requirements, and international guidelines (WHO, FDA). * Experience in GMP certification projects from the implementation stage is desirable. * Process-oriented, organized, compliance-focused, and able to work effectively in teams. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for professional development and participation in key projects. * A professional and collaborative work environment. **Important note:** Due to the nature of the project, **only CVs with verifiable prior experience in injectables will be considered.** **If you are ready to take on new challenges during the launch of our new injectables plant and contribute to the success of the pharmaceutical industry, please send us your CV!
