Due to our current growth, we require a proactive, responsible individual with a service-oriented attitude for the position of Systems Assistant, who meets the following profile. Knowledge: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software) * Data backup and recovery * User training * On-site and remote technical support for users * Development of improvement strategies for the department * Preparation of failure reports * Replacement of components in computer equipment—mandatory * Preventive and corrective maintenance of laptops, desktop computers, and printers from various brands * Knowledge of structured cabling * Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems (installation, cabling, DVR configuration, and commissioning)—mandatory Skills: * Teamwork ability * Self-taught learning capability * Punctuality * Organization * Responsibility Requirements: * Consistent communication and professional responsibility * Professional appearance * Interaction with users and suppliers * Organization * **Availability to travel between different branches and corporate offices** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related field (incomplete or recent graduate) * More than 3 years of experience * Work location: Metropolitan Area and Santa Fe (Corporate Office); 70% field work We offer: * Starting salary of $12,000.00 net * Statutory benefits from day one * Gym membership discounts * Company-provided mobile phone and computer equipment * Salary increase after three months based on performance
