At Nano Gruppe, we are looking for a **Sales Analyst** with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Chemistry, Plastics, or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years in procurement (ideally in plastics, printing, converting, or food industries). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of MRP/S\&OP, ability to read technical specifications, and basic logistics knowledge. Intermediate Excel (mandatory) * Desired: Food safety standards * Desired: Intermediate English * Negotiation * Numerical analysis * Effective communication * Sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute purchase orders according to the production plan, maintaining inventory coverage vs. lead time and inventory policies (minimums, safety stock). * Manage RFQ/RFP processes, comparative analyses, and negotiations (pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms), including framework contracts and service agreements. * Supplier qualification, evaluation, and development using KPIs: On-Time In-Full (OTIF), quality, cost, service, and response times. * Record and report cost savings. * Logistics \& deliveries: coordinate local deliveries and imports (if applicable), dock appointments, documentation, and follow-up with Warehouse/Planning. * Quality and food safety: manage technical data sheets, batch traceability, handling of non-conformities, and support during audits (BPM/GMP). * Data and systems: ERP usage (SAP), Excel (pivot tables, lookups, cost modeling). * Continuous improvement: procurement consolidation, contract standardization, material substitution (cost/quality), sustainability initiatives (e.g., solvent reduction). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities * Productivity bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
