*Process Specialist* Schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Workdays: Monday to Friday Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Technical degree or engineering degree (chemical, industrial, or related field) * Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems * Knowledge of: * Production management tools * Quality control and assurance * Process monitoring and inspection, formulation * Monitoring of production processes, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, time and motion studies Responsibilities: * Ensure product quality through proper formulation and production in accordance with technical and regulatory standards. * Supervise the proper control of the production process to guarantee efficiency, safety, and compliance with good manufacturing practices.
