We are looking for your talent as: ***PROCESS ANALYST*** What do you need? * Completed bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field) * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is desirable. * Identification and control of critical control parameters (moisture, color, texture, oil) * General knowledge of applicable food industry regulations (NOM, Codex Alimentarius, FDA, among others) * Effective communication with operational departments * Organization and handling of multiple tests * Technical analysis capability and critical thinking to interpret results * High level of organizational and administrative discipline What will be your main responsibilities? * Operation of common industry equipment (mixers, fryers, extruders, ovens) * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic HACCP * Ability to document performance observations, flavor, texture, and cost of raw materials or formulations * Development of protocols, technical test reports, and test logbook management * Management and control of records for internal and external audits * Proposing corrective actions and providing technical judgment regarding plant variations.
