Job Summary: A pharmaceutical group is seeking a Junior Formulator for the development and technology transfer of new pharmaceutical formulations and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Professional Training and Development A leading pharmaceutical group located south of Mexico City is seeking your talent as: **"JUNIOR FORMULATOR"** Location: **Plant, División del Norte, Coyoacán.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (QFB), Food Engineering (IF), Industrial Chemistry (IQI), or Chemical Engineering (**Degree certificate and professional license required**). * Experience and knowledge in the development and technology transfer of solid, semi-solid, liquid, and parenteral pharmaceutical dosage forms. * Development of pharmaceutical formulations and processes. * Knowledge of GMP and GDP, Quality by Design principles, pharmacopoeias, and international guidelines (ICH, FDA, etc.). * Experience in project management, and in preparing and reviewing documentation. * Familiarity with and ability to operate mixers, granulators, dryers, tablet presses, and capsule fillers. * Proficiency in MasterWeb, MasterControl, statistical analysis software, and G\-Suite. * Availability to work rotating morning shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Support technology transfer for new products. * Prepare documentation related to new product development, manufacturing orders, packaging, PNOs, ITs, protocols, reports, pilot batches, and dossiers. * Identify and request raw materials (APIs, excipients, finished products, packaging, etc.). * Develop the work plan for new products. **Offer:** * Monthly gross base salary. * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits. * Savings fund, food vouchers, subsidized cafeteria. * Professional training and development. * Direct employment contract with full social security contributions. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Interested Candidates:** * Apply through this channel
