Job Summary: We are seeking a Formulation Chemist for Development to drive new pharmaceutical products, coordinate development efforts, supervise progress with sales, and ensure customer service. Opportunity for research and formulation within the industry. **We are a leading company in the marketing of products for the pharmaceutical industry; currently experiencing growth, and therefore actively hiring.** **Join our team!** **FORMULATION CHEMIST FOR DEVELOPMENT** **Objective:** Conduct market research, review drug registrations and patents to advance new product development, coordinate development activities, and supervise progress with the sales department. Plan and implement improvement strategies to achieve objectives. Ensure customer service and follow-up. **Requirements:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field · Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to development, formulation, and/or customer service. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office · English: Intermediate or advanced · Strong verbal communication skills · Interest in sales and customer service. · Interest in research. · Interest in formulation. · Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct market research to identify innovative products and patents. · Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities for new products. · Design and execute protocols and/or procedures for new product development. · Validate documentation compliance of GMP manufacturers, DMFs, specifications, etc. · Follow up on support tasks with sales representatives. · Contact and attend meetings with customers in development areas. · Schedule meetings with potential customers and listen to their needs to provide technical advice. · Prepare monthly development progress reports. · Research manufacturers. · Provide technical support in formulation and/or regulatory matters to customers. **We Offer:** · Competitive salary based on experience · Statutory benefits · Job stability · Working hours: Mon\-Fri 08:00\-18:00 **Competencies:** · Effective communication · Problem-solving ability · Organizational skills **Work Location: Coyoacán, 15 minutes from Copilco metro station** **Apply through this platform or send your CV to recursoshumanos@pronaquim.com.mx** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site
