Stability throughout the duration of the project **VACANCY: SPECIALIZED MASON (Project-Based Position)** **Location: Tlalpan, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México.** **Salary: $3,500.00 weekly** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Mason with high technical capability and comprehensive experience for a defined construction project. The ideal candidate must be proficient in fine finishes and specialized maintenance (waterproofing, painting, and tiling). **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:30 hrs (includes 1-hour lunch break). Saturday: 08:00–13:30 hrs (early departure for rest). Sunday: Fixed day off. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Construction and Finishing:** Wall construction, column reinforcement, concrete pouring, plastering, floor and tile installation. **Professional Waterproofing:** Surface preparation (cleaning and crack sealing), application of primers and waterproofing systems (acrylic or prefabricated) on rooftops and critical areas. **Painting and Detailing:** Wall preparation (patching, sanding, and sealing) and application of vinyl paint or enamels with uniform, clean finishes. **Maintenance:** Identification and correction of moisture or efflorescence prior to applying finishes. **REQUIREMENTS** **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years verifiable experience in the aforementioned areas (references required). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using specialized tools and knowledge of material drying times. **Documentation (Mandatory):** Valid INE, CURP, RFC **Profile:** Highly punctual individual, maintains a clean work area, and is honest. **WE OFFER** Guaranteed timely payment every Saturday.
