Willingness to learn and teamwork **Department:** Kitchen / Pastry **Position:** Pastry Assistant **Reports to:** Pastry Chef / Head Pastry Chef **Position Objective** Support the preparation, production, and presentation of pastry products, complying with established quality, hygiene, and time standards. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist in ingredient preparation (weighing, mixing, portioning). * Prepare bases, fillings, and decorations under supervision. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry area, utensils, and equipment. * Wash and organize molds, trays, and utensils. * Assist in baking and cooling of products. * Assist in packaging, storage, and stock rotation of products. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Assist in opening and closing the pastry area. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school. * Experience: Preferred in pastry or kitchen (6 months). * Basic knowledge of food handling (preferred). * Flexible availability for work schedule. * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Organization and cleanliness. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to learn. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities.
