Your office won’t be a desk—it will be every corner where our visitors interact, play, and learn. **Your Key Responsibilities (100% operational):** * **Floor Leadership:** Supervise and motivate the team of Educational Guides to ensure warm and efficient service. * **Flow Management:** Coordinate access and movement of groups and families, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring a seamless experience. * **Incident Resolution:** Address and resolve any visitor inquiries, complaints, or special situations immediately and in real time. * **Operational Checklists:** Ensure all service areas are fully prepared, clean, and equipped with necessary materials before opening. * **Active Communication:** Maintain order and safety on the floor using radios and coordinating with other departments (Security, Cleaning, Maintenance). **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years supervising teams in service-oriented environments (cinemas, amusement parks, entertainment centers, retail, or hospitality). * **Education:** Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related fields. * **Skills:** Assertive communication, conflict resolution, service-oriented attitude, and high tolerance for frustration. * **Availability:** Full availability to work **weekends and holidays** (when the museum’s magic happens most).
