*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at TALING Consulting in Tlalpan - Tlalpan, Mexico City** We are seeking a **Field Assistant - Construction Supervision** **Position Objective**: Provide operational support in construction supervision activities and implementation of safety and hygiene measures on site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, incident control, and proper documentation of on-site activities, especially during weekends or extended shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in daily supervision of construction sites, verifying compliance with safety and quality procedures. * Collect and record photographic evidence of physical progress and on-site safety conditions. * Accompany and assist in inspection walkthroughs, surveys, and reviews with contractors or internal personnel. * Support in verifying proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety standards. * Prepare daily field reports, incident logs, work permits, and personnel and machinery access records. * Assist in implementing preventive measures upon detection of unsafe conditions. * Collaborate with the Safety and Hygiene department in disseminating preventive campaigns and short training sessions on site. * Safeguard physical or digital documentation related to safety and construction progress. * Monitor cleanliness, organization, and signage of work areas. * Comply with provisions established in internal regulations and current industrial safety standards. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferably in Construction, Industrial Safety, or related field). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction projects, as assistant, technical aide, or similar role. * Knowledge: * + Basic civil works procedures. + Logbook and reporting control. + Basic Office skills (Word, Excel) and ability to use a camera or mobile phone for reporting. * Availability: Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with weekday rest days. **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Construction site experience * Logbook preparation * Weekend work *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69141e7a3800003100a45077&source=indeed*
