Flexible working hours **OPEN POSITION: JANITOR / ACCESS MANAGER** We are seeking a **Janitor** for a complex with occupancy of fewer than 20 people. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control of personnel **entry and exit**. * Care and supervision of the **access door**. * **Light cleaning** in assigned area and entrance. * Control of vehicle **entry and exit** (standard and automatic). * Assistance in maintaining order and good condition of facilities. * General maintenance. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday (day shift) and Saturdays (half-day).** * **Start time:** 8:30 a.m. * **End time:** To be determined based on meal consumption time and mutual agreement. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level (secondary school preferred). * Valid driver’s license (automatic transmission). * Responsible, committed, and reliable individual. * Good personal appearance. * Prior experience not mandatory (preferred). **Required Documents:** * Birth certificate. * Official identification. * Proof of address. * Two employment references. **We Offer:** * Employment contract in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), for a fixed term with a probationary period. * Job stability. * Calm and orderly work environment. * **Interested candidates please contact via direct message or telephone call.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
