




Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the activities of commercial representatives, ensuring achievement of sales objectives and efficient management of the customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of Commercial Representatives 2. Management of profitable routes and achievement of performance indicators 3. Maintenance and growth of the customer portfolio \* Coordinate and supervise the activities of Commercial Representatives \* Establish profitable routes for Commercial Representatives, audit them, and conduct physical supervision \* Route supervision \* Monitor and ensure achievement of Commercial Representatives’ performance indicators \* Ensure compliance with the sales budget and collection targets of Commercial Representatives \* Supervise the customer portfolio in coordination with the Credit and Collections Department of Commercial Representatives to ensure timely and proper handling \* Maintain and grow the customer portfolio \* Communicate diesel product shortages and new products to Purchasing Diesel \* Supervise, review, and control Commercial Representatives’ per diem allowances \* Verify inventory availability with EDT warehouses and coordinate parts replenishment and delivery \* Review and analyze forms completed by Commercial Representatives, such as the Sales Daily Log \* Actively participate in goal-tracking meetings \* Address and resolve sales-related complaints regarding parts, workshop, and laboratory services from Commercial Representatives \* Identify and resolve areas of opportunity within the sales department \* Verify price validity and exchange rates \* Supervise and track package shipments with Diesel Warehouse \* Track package shipments from Commercial Representatives with the Counter Assistant \* Develop and monitor a sales work plan in coordination with the Telemarketing Coordinator \* Support the sales team \* Complete applicable quality records for the area accurately and on time Marketing for customer prospecting \* Order and cleanliness in the work area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Savings fund * Company phone * Free uniforms Education: * High school diploma (incomplete or in progress) (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
