Prepare and execute Japanese cuisine dishes, primarily ramen, following established recipes, procedures, and standards, ensuring quality, flavor, absolute cleanliness, and food safety, contributing to an authentic and consistent dining experience. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Preparing broths, bases, toppings, and garnishes according to internal recipes and procedures. * Assisting in the preparation and assembly of ramen and other Japanese dishes. * Strictly adhering to hygiene, cleaning, and sanitization procedures at all times. * Maintaining your workstation clean, organized, and disinfected before, during, and after each shift. * Applying Good Food Handling Practices (handwashing, proper glove use, cross-contamination control). * Verifying cooking, cooling, and storage temperatures of food. * Properly storing supplies (FIFO rotation, labeling, dates). * Complying with food safety guidelines and internal standards. * Immediately reporting any anomalies related to food, equipment, or processes. * Coordinating with the kitchen and service teams. * Demonstrating willingness to be trained in specific ramen techniques. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (technical gastronomy degree preferred). * Minimum **1 year of kitchen experience** (preferably in Japanese, Asian, or similar cuisines). * Prior ramen-specific experience is not mandatory, but interest in and affinity for traditional Japanese cuisine are required. * Basic knowledge of: Hygienic food handling, temperature control, proper knife and kitchen equipment use, and cleaning and disinfection of work areas. * Discipline and adherence to procedures. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to follow instructions and recipes. * Capacity to work under kitchen pressure. **WORK LOCATION: Reforma, very close to Metrobús "EL ANGEL"** Position type: Full-time, indefinite term.
