




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure hygiene and order across facilities, while also managing staff and supporting operations and recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of cleaning tasks at the center, guaranteeing that facilities are maintained in optimal conditions of hygiene and order. In addition to supervising staff, the supervisor must support operational activities such as towel management and laundering, as well as recruitment, training, and team organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruit and conduct interviews. * Supervise cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks and verifying their completion. * Support recruitment, selection, and training of cleaning staff. * Establish and monitor cleaning and sanitization protocols. * Coordinate team schedules and roles to ensure coverage across all areas. * Perform **towel washing, drying, and stock control**, ensuring constant availability at the center. * Foster a positive work environment to reduce staff turnover. * Track incidents, report anomalies, and propose improvements to cleaning processes. * Ensure proper use of supplies, tools, and cleaning equipment. * ***In case of cleaning staff absence, the supervisor must be willing to perform cleaning duties.*** **Desired Profile** * Prior experience supervising cleaning staff (preferably in gyms, hotels, or high-traffic centers). * Organized, responsible individual with positive leadership skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Knowledge of hygiene protocols, supply handling, and stock control. * Proactive, service-oriented, and willing to support operational tasks as needed.
