Participation in weddings and high-end events We seek a Banquet Chef with proven experience in events and trend-driven cuisine, passionate about gastronomy, leadership, and excellence in every setup. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in banquets and social events * Knowledge of contemporary and trend-driven cuisine * Ability to coordinate and execute up to 3 events simultaneously * Experience in large-scale events * Leadership and kitchen team management skills * Human resource management capability * Experience in event production, plating, and logistics * Innovation in dishes and presentations * Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure * Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas * Control of supplies, waste, and inventory management * Flexible schedule availability, including weekends * Recommended age: 30 to 40 years * Proactive, responsible attitude with a results-oriented focus **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $18,000 to $20,000 (depending on experience and capability) * 2-month probationary period * Uniforms * Breakfast and lunch * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for career growth within the company * Excellent working environment * Participation in weddings and high-end events We seek a committed individual, passionate about events and capable of leading a high-end kitchen for premium weddings and events.
