DESCRIPTION **ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** ------------------------------------ **Location:** *Tlaquepaque, Jalisco (a few minutes from Centro Sur)* **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM** **Salary:** $13,000 to $15,000 monthly gross (based on experience) **Requirements** -------------- * Clear communication with clients and suppliers * Discretion and ethics in handling financial information * ERP system proficiency (SIIL, CONTPAQ, or similar) * Excel proficiency (intermediate level preferred) **Responsibilities** --------------- * Recording accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and daily entries) * Monthly bank reconciliations * Verifying correct receipt of CFDIs * Accurately recording and applying payments in the ERP system * Reviewing discrepancies (differences, deductions, credit notes) * Managing documentation requested by clients (purchase orders, deliveries, evidence) * Weekly updating of collection risk and payment delays * Reporting overdue accounts receivable and collection risk * Recording invoices from domestic and international suppliers * Monitoring due dates and scheduling payments * Preparing payment orders and supporting documents * Liaising with suppliers for clarifications and payments * Generating expense journal entries and verifying payments * Reporting accounts payable nearing maturity * Weekly cash flow entry * Reporting expenses by department **We Offer** ------------- * $13,000 to $15,000 monthly gross (based on experience) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30 days’ year-end bonus * 40% vacation premium * $500 monthly food vouchers
