STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Develop executive projects and precise quantity takeoffs to enable reliable budgeting, reduce on-site deviations, and accelerate commercial proposals. This position directly impacts the company’s margin and operational efficiency. 2. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES **Development of architectural executive drawings.** Preparation of construction details. **Generation of fabrication drawings (carpentry, metalwork, and furniture).** Quantity takeoff by work items. **Preparation of concept catalogs.** Support in unit price database analysis. **Coordination with production and operations departments.** Rapid technical adjustments for commercial proposals. **Digital project documentation organization. 3. REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFILE Architect or Civil Engineer. **2–5 years of experience in executive projects.** Experience in commercial architecture, retail, or office projects. **Proven experience in quantity surveying.** Advanced AutoCAD proficiency. **Intermediate–advanced Excel skills for quantity takeoffs.** 4.
