Monitoring of procedural deadlines and time limits Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree and professional license mandatory). * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation (depending on position level). Main Functions and Responsibilities * Draft, file, and monitor lawsuits, responses, counterclaims, motions, appeals, and other procedural filings in civil and commercial matters. * Appear at hearings, judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, and conduct evidentiary hearings. * Design and implement litigation strategies according to the nature and risk of each case. * Analyze case files, contracts, and legal documentation to properly defend or pursue legal actions. * Monitor procedural deadlines and time limits precisely, ensuring timely compliance. * Handle and monitor ordinary, executive, special, debt collection proceedings, and pre-trial preparatory procedures. * Prepare legal opinions, status reports, and legal feasibility analyses for internal and external clients. * Coordinate with court clerks, process servers, expert witnesses, and judicial authorities. * Maintain physical and digital case files up to date in accordance with the firm’s internal guidelines.
