Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to support technical project development, including drafting drawings, creating 3D models, and preparing documentation for renovations, residential buildings, and infrastructure facilities. Participation in diverse projects A construction company is looking for an Architect to join its Technical Project Development Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and construction drawings, performing 3D modeling, and supporting technical documentation for projects of various scales (renovations, residential buildings, and infrastructure facilities). **Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural and construction drawings * Preparation of sections, elevations, and construction details * 3D modeling (Revit and/or SketchUp) * Rendering production (proficiency in Lumion, D5, V-Ray or similar is desirable) * Organization of files and technical documentation * Support in technical coordination * Availability for site visits and occasional travel **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or final-year student) * Experience in architectural project development * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp * Basic knowledge of construction criteria * Portfolio submission is mandatory * Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Problem-solving ability * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Participation in diverse projects * Job stability Selection is based on professional experience, skills, and competencies, without any form of discrimination.
