Application of technical regulations and client negotiation INGENIERIA Y PROYECTOS CLA, A LEADER IN HIGHWAY SEGMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS, IS SEEKING A CREW SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Residency in Villahermosa * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree * Degree holder or intern * Willingness to travel at all times (100% field work; accommodation with crews) * 6 months of experience in a similar position (highway segments preferred) * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of Technical Regulations, standards, specifications, SICT manuals, NOM, Public Works Law and related services, and its regulations * Valid driver’s license (standard) and experience driving utility vehicles up to 3.5 tons * Construction project management and supervision, including client and authority liaison and negotiation * Knowledge of roadways * Responsible and committed Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of personnel assigned to the maintenance crew * Determination of materials required for operations * Damage assessment and verification * Operation of utility vehicle to transport personnel * Strategic planning of maintenance and repair processes * Requesting and tracking resources necessary for optimal project execution * Ensuring completion of assigned projects WE OFFER: * Base salary: $3,250 weekly net + $500 weekly per diem * Overtime pay: $100 per hour * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday and Sunday work (occasional) paid hourly * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus (25%), and 15-day Christmas bonus per year * Company mobile phone * Life insurance Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
