




Job Summary: We are seeking a Permits and Licensing Coordinator to ensure the acquisition of permits and licenses required for the commencement of construction and collection activities for residential developments. OF PERMITS AND LICENSING** Ensure that all necessary procedures for obtaining permits from state, municipal, and credit institutions are carried out timely and correctly, in compliance with current laws and regulations, enabling the site to commence construction and collection activities for residential developments. **Responsibilities:** Ensure timely issuance of construction permits, licenses, and authorizations for developments. Establish and maintain healthy, cordial working relationships with representatives of municipal, state, and credit institutions to ensure timely processing of procedures. Ensure, through supervision of subordinate staff, the formal registration of residential subdivisions and administrative organization of payments. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 5 years of experience in a similar position * Proven ability to secure construction permits, licenses, and authorizations for developments * Experience building relationships with municipal, state, and credit institutions * Experience supervising formal registration of residential subdivisions * Knowledge of Enkontrol (preferred) * Professional appearance * Leadership skills * Positive attitude * Flexible availability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Career development and growth opportunities * Training programs
