Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Civil Works Resident to supervise and record the physical progress of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and liaising with supervisors. Teamwork and adherence to instructions **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Resident **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with project construction schedules and/or specifications * Direct interaction with Management / Client supervisors * Monitor and document physical progress of construction work * Surveys * Quantification * Skills: Proactive, ability to work under pressure, ability to follow work instructions, teamwork, proficiency in reading construction drawings, knowledge of Project software, CAD, and Excel * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 4 years’ verifiable experience with construction companies * Valid FIEL certificate * Experience managing personnel * Local candidate * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Professional license mandatory) * Verifiable experience in civil works (specifically in constructing vehicular access bridges) **We Offer:** * $11,046.58 per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8–6, Saturdays 8–1, and availability for overtime outside regular hours * Employment stability * Statutory benefits * Location: * Mexico–Cuernavaca Federal Highway, KM 77 (opposite UAEM) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
