The candidate will be responsible for: * Conducting surveys for quotations (remodeling, concrete, and construction) * Preparing itemized cost estimates * Coordinating and supervising work crews * Managing materials and construction progress * Assisting with technical handover to clients * Monitoring projects until final delivery We seek a technically skilled, organized individual with strong client communication skills.
