We seek to integrate a **BIM Modeler** into our team—someone with solid technical experience, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively on vertical construction projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferably graduated). * Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience in architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Proficiency in BIM methodology and solid technical knowledge of construction. * Experience in foundations, steel and concrete structures. * Participation in vertical construction projects. * High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively **Responsibilities** * Development of BIM models for executive and construction projects. * Creation and management of customized BIM families according to project requirements. * Preparation of drawings, quantity take-offs, reports, catalogs, and technical specifications. * Ensuring coordination, consistency, and updating of technical documentation. * Participation in progress meetings and interdisciplinary reviews (architecture, structure, and MEP). * Support in detecting and resolving clashes. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development.
