And you can be part of that change. **We are looking for: Automotive Credit Advisor** If you have experience in the automotive industry, passion for sales, and skills in building trust-based relationships, this is your opportunity to join a growing startup with national reach. ️ **What will you do in this role?** * **Strategic business relationship:** You will connect with sales advisors, F\&I managers, and sales managers at dealerships to position MStar as their financing partner. * **Active prospecting:** You will visit car dealerships in CDMX or Estado de México to promote our products and generate new opportunities (open market). * **Follow-up and closing:** You will track applications and contracts, ensuring accurate information and compliance with our internal policies and regulations. * **CRM management:** You will record your interactions and progress to maintain effective pipeline control. * **Goal achievement:** You will implement promotion, quotation, and closing strategies to meet and exceed your sales targets. **What are we looking for?** Solid and verifiable experience as an automotive financing executive, car salesperson, or F\&I manager. * Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive financial sector. * Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. * Proven work stability. * Education: completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * * Basic proficiency in CRM and digital tools. **It will be a plus if you come from companies such as:** Nexu, Kuna Capital, Creditas, CI Banco, Hey Banco, Scotiabank, Banorte, HSBC, Crédito Real, or brands like Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, KIA, Hyundai, Mazda, BMW, BYD, Geely, among others. **Why join MStar?** * Monthly base salary: **$15,000** gross \+ **uncapped** commissions.
