Job Summary: We are seeking architecture professionals to develop and prepare real estate project drawings, from conception through on-site execution. Key Highlights: 1. Application and specification of materials **We are looking for Architecture Professionals** to develop and prepare real estate project drawings, from the conceptual stage through on-site execution. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Revit. * Proficiency in SketchUp. * Knowledge of construction processes and/or installations. **Main responsibilities include:** * Preparation of architectural drawings. * Development of construction drawings. * Preparation of plumbing, electrical, and specialty installation drawings. * Application and specification of materials. * Facade design and projections. * Project development in 2D and 3D. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. **Office Location:** * Located in Col. Centro, San Pedro Garza García. **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (completed or in progress).
