Position Summary: We are seeking a methodical and experienced technical architect to coordinate site supervisors, oversee construction, and control the financial progress of residential projects. Control interface between management and field operations JOB DESCRIPTION We seek a technical architect with a methodical profile, solid experience in residential construction budgeting, and proven ability to coordinate site supervisors and directly supervise minor construction works. This role serves as the control interface between the firm’s director and field operations, with direct responsibility for the financial status and progress of each project. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation of construction budgets: item catalogs and unit price analysis * Project-specific account control: updated financial status per project and per supplier * Direct supervision of minor construction works without assigned site supervisors * Coordination and follow-up of site supervisors across multiple concurrent projects * Solicitation of quotations from suppliers, preparation of comparative analyses, and negotiation * Tracking of outstanding construction items, ensuring execution in the shortest possible time * Direct reporting to the director with verifiable, clear, and structured information TOOLS Advanced Excel (cost control) · AutoCAD · Knowledge of unit price analysis COMPETENCIES High level of organization and methodology · Authority over field personnel · Valid driver's license · Availability for site visits Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $22,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have verifiable experience preparing residential construction budgets (item catalogs and unit price analysis)? \* Have you simultaneously coordinated more than two construction works or projects at different locations?
