





**Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning, administration, and continuous improvement of the Factusol and Power BI systems and the company’s **ERP systems**, guaranteeing efficient operation of sales, inventory, billing, procurement, and reporting processes, aligned with the wholesale business needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer, configure, and provide support for the Factusol and Power BI systems. * Be responsible for the proper functioning of the company’s **ERP systems**. * Address technical and functional system incidents. * Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and new implementations. * Provide user support (sales, warehouse, billing, administration). * Train staff on system and ERP usage. * Generate and maintain operational and managerial reports. * Supervise data integrity, security, and backup procedures. * Document processes, manuals, and system changes. * Coordinate with external software and hardware vendors. * Propose technological improvements to optimize business processes. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years administering systems or ERP systems. * Experience in **wholesale, retail, or sales companies** (preferred). * Prior experience with Factusol and Power BI (highly preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Administrative and accounting ERP systems. * Databases (basic/intermediate SQL). * Networks and technical support. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * **Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Organization and follow-up. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail. * Internal customer service. * Information confidentiality. * Capacity for continuous learning. Work location: We are located 5 minutes from Zócalo metro station. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
