





**Objective:** Responsible for the proper fiscal, accounting, and administrative management of the organization. The primary focus will be on managing tax obligations, preparing and analyzing payroll, and personnel administration. This role ensures regulatory compliance and efficiency in internal and financial processes. **Responsibilities:** * **General accounting:** Recording, controlling, and analyzing daily accounting transactions. * **Tax management:** Preparing and filing tax returns, calculating taxes, reviewing CFDIs, and fulfilling obligations before SAT and related institutions. * **Payroll:** Weekly, biweekly, or monthly calculation; disbursement; payroll incidents; severance and settlement payments; salary integration; benefits tracking; employee registration and deregistration with IMSS. * **Reconciliations:** Bank, tax, and accounting reconciliations. * **Reporting:** Preparing financial and administrative reports for management. * **Audits:** Supporting internal and external audits. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and social security laws. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in tax, payroll, and personnel administration. * Advanced knowledge of **SAT**, **IMSS**, **IDSE**, **SUA**, **CFDI**, **ISR**, **IVA**. * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor legislation. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Ability to work under pressure. * Clear and effective communication. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Direct hiring and career growth through the company.
