




**SHE Coordinator** ------------------------- **Location:** Toluca, Mexico **Work Mode:** 100% in-person ### **What Are We Looking For?** We are seeking a strategic **Safety Coordinator**, capable of leading initiatives that transform the organizational culture toward safety. This role requires **high autonomy**, **decision-making ability**, and passion for driving impact on plant personnel’s behavior and mindset. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate all **site safety activities**. * Manage **risks** and ensure safety **compliance**. * Lead **risk assessments** and define corrective actions. * Make critical decisions regarding **business continuity** in case of non-compliance. * Supervise and coordinate the work of **2 safety analysts**. * Implement **training plans** aligned with the TPM pillar. * Monitor KPIs: + Number of incidents. + Risk closure rate. + Training plan compliance. ### **Role Challenge** * Reduce incidents. * Transform the **mindset** toward a safe and preventive culture. ### **Ideal Profile** * **Education:** Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in industrial safety. * **Desirable Certifications:** + ISO 14001 Auditor. + ISO 45001 Auditor. + **DC3 Certification** for high-risk work (height, excavation, machinery). * **Language:** Intermediate English. ### **Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00\. * **Weekend on-call duties** (on-site presence required in Toluca during on-call shifts) * **Work Mode:** 100% in-person. ### **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to lead cultural transformation in safety. * Strategic role with direct impact on operations and people. * Collaborative environment and focus on professional development.
