Our core pillar is grounded in the philosophy “People First,” delivering holistic and unique experiences that harmonize each team member’s personal life stage with their professional career path. *Join our Team!* **Experience required:** * 2–3 years of experience as an Occupational Physician, Industrial Physician, or in occupational health * Management and coordination of occupational health programs at industrial plants * Preventive and emergency medical care in production environments * Interaction with health authorities and compliance with labor and sanitary regulations * Experience in the food industry or manufacturing (preferred) **Technical knowledge:** * Occupational health and social security legislation (applicable NOMs) * Epidemiological surveillance, sanitary surveillance, and psychosocial risk management programs * Emergency response protocols, first aid, and occupational health management * Interpretation of clinical and paraclinical studies (audiometry, spirometry, clinical chemistry, etc.) * Medical-focused incident investigation and root cause analysis * Desired experience with occupational health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, PSST) and SAP or similar systems **Responsibilities:** * Provide primary medical care, preventive services, and health follow-up for plant personnel. * Design, implement, and monitor occupational health programs: epidemiological surveillance, vaccination, timely identification of risk factors, and absenteeism control. * Conduct medical evaluations for hiring, periodic assessments, return-to-work, and separation; issue work restrictions and recommendations. * Coordinate and participate in medical emergency drills and responses on-site; train relevant staff in first aid and CPR. * Investigate incidents and accidents with a medical component, prepare clinical reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with Industrial Safety, Quality, Human Resources, and Maintenance departments to integrate health and prevention initiatives into production processes. * Manage occupational health indicators (e.g., absenteeism, LTIs, prevalence of risk factors) and report results to management. * Handle authorizations, documentation, and liaison with health authorities and external service providers (e.g., laboratories, clinics). **Competencies:** * Decision Making * Organization and Execution * Customer Orientation * Effective Relationships * Talent Development **Education:** Licensed physician with valid professional license.
