Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer and Operator with experience in CNC lathes, Master Cam, and Solid Works to fabricate and repair spare parts made of stainless steel and plastics. Fabrication of parts in stainless steel and plastics We are a Mexican company with 40 years in the market, dedicated to the fabrication and repair of spare parts and machinery for the Pharmaceutical Chemical, Veterinary, Food, and Cosmetic industries. We are looking for a CNC Programmer and Operator. **The candidate must possess knowledge to operate and program CNC lathes with GSK control, precision tools, as well as measuring instruments; must be able to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot problems.** Must be proficient in Master Cam and Solid Works. Programming of machining centers applying continuous improvement to our processes, ensuring operational compliance to meet customer requirements while adhering to the company’s current standards and procedures, always maintaining a focus on cost reduction in processes and materials. Review the production schedule and program machining operations; generate NC programs to transmit data to CNC machines. Determine cutting speeds, feed rates, and depths of cut for the various tools involved in the machining process. Properly back up information onto external hard drives. **Fabricate diverse parts in stainless steel and certain food-grade plastics, and possess knowledge of industrial maintenance.** WE OFFER: Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and industry average.
