Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, disinfection, and organization of the area, supporting proper waste disposal and managing inventory of cleaning supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks Support to Establishment **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. * Clean and disinfect tableware, glassware, and flatware. * Wash pots, pans, and high-turnover utensils. * Deep clean common areas: floors, hoods, refrigeration units, and work surfaces. * Assist in proper waste disposal following recycling protocols. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. * Report any issues or needs related to the assigned area to your supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Ability to perform physical tasks and lift objects. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Use of personal protective equipment and chemical cleaning products. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth.
