Job stability and direct employment contract **LIntalent is seeking a CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKING NEW TALENT DUE TO EXPANSION CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a condominium administrator for high-end properties or similar; PROSOC certification; knowledge of: * Legislation and regulations applicable to condominiums in Mexico. * Managing legal and administrative documentation * Planning general assemblies * Supervising maintenance and services * Managing financial resources * Preparing financial statements * Vendor relations and procurement * Supervising internal civil protection programs * Addressing requirements from competent authorities * Managing subordinate personnel Location: Coapa; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM We Offer: Salary range based on experience and competencies: MXN $25,000–$28,000; statutory benefits; direct employment contract; job stability; growth opportunities; continuous training.
