At Six Flags, we seek dynamic, organized individuals with a focus on operational excellence to supervise our food and beverage outlets within the park. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and supervise standards and procedures for hygienic food handling. * Conduct audits of hygienic food handling practices and PPE usage. * Review facility maintenance. * Monitor cleaning crew activities in coordination with Management and Supervision. * Develop and propose process improvements to optimize area operations. * Deliver training courses or workshops on hygienic food handling, PPE usage, or any other topics required by the department. * Generate reports and track key performance indicators. **What We’re Looking For in You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Safety, Gastronomy, or related field. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Over 2 years of experience in Hygienic Food Handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends, holidays, and festival seasons). **Your Superpowers:** * Leadership, conflict resolution, decision-making, assertiveness, and teamwork. * Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, anticipation, and planning. * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) related to Food and Beverages and hygienic food handling.
