Manage training in safety, health, and environment **Environmental Manager** **Objective Summary:** Lead and implement industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protection programs, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations to prevent occupational hazards, accidents, and work-related illnesses at facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) and Civil Protection requirements. * Coordinate the formation and operation of the Safety and Hygiene Committee and Emergency Brigades. * Conduct safety diagnostics and job-specific risk analyses to determine and deliver personal protective equipment (PPE). * Attend government authority inspections and audits (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection). * Investigate accidents and incidents using root-cause analysis and establish corrective and preventive action plans. * Manage the annual training program on safety, health, and environmental topics. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (graduated). * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in safety leadership or coordination roles within manufacturing plants. * **Knowledge:** Technical regulations (NOMs), waste management, environmental procedures, and safety management systems. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Free transportation within the area. **Work Location:** Chalco, State of Mexico. **Availability to work Monday through Saturday** Salary: Starting from $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
