Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * One year of experience in administrative positions. * Knowledge of inventory management and FIFO (First-In, First-Out). * Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel and Word). Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The company offers: * **Weekly salary of $2,250.00 MXN.** * Weekly bonus for punctuality and attendance. * Statutory benefits. Key responsibilities: * Forecasting monthly and annual sales and expenses. * Analysis of food costs. * Sales analysis. * Reporting on targets. * Payment to suppliers. * Review and supervision of the company’s daily cover sheet. * Document management and general administrative tasks. * Inventory control and verification of supplies to ensure their availability and proper provisioning for operations.
