JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure that Structural Engineering projects in Latin America are carried out correctly and on time, considering innovative, feasible, functional, and economical solutions, in accordance with the regulations of each country, international code guidelines, and company policies and procedures. Additionally, prepare accurate and timely reports that meet client requirements. JOB PROFILE: Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Degree required, preferably with a specialization in Structures. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in a technical and/or management field, desirable. * 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. * 7 years of experience in structural analysis and design. * 1 year of prior experience in the construction field. * 1 year of prior experience in project management. * 1 year of experience in administration and personnel management. * Intermediate level of English, desirable. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Organize and supervise the proper and timely execution of Structural Engineering projects assigned to Structural Engineers, evaluating each project's scenarios, understanding technical needs, and establishing priorities to offer innovative, feasible, functional, and cost\-effective solutions, in accordance with national standards, international code guidelines, and company policies and procedures. 2\. Validate and support complex structural analyses to ensure the structural safety of the organization's assets. This role also serves as the key point of contact for relevant clients. 3\. Attend meetings with internal clients (APMs), functional groups, and suppliers to report on and monitor the progress of activities, as well as manage service delivery dates, ensuring timely and proper project implementation. 4\. Ensure the timely delivery of control reports (history, backlog, client behavior, scheduling) so that our internal and external clients are aware of the status of their projects. 5\. Support the development and improvement of tools such as iENG, Fast Track, Tower Builder, and FQT to streamline processes. 6\. Advise internal and external clients to facilitate their understanding of the technical solutions proposed by the Engineering department, as well as any other activity aimed at enabling business opportunities. 7\. Build and maintain close relationships with internal and external clients to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and establish timely priorities to meet the demands received by the Engineering department. Facilitate communication between the Business and Engineering departments to ensure alignment of priorities for delivering technical information that supports our clients' projects. 8\. Evaluate and develop process standardization with Engineering managers, considering continuous improvement and best practices in the Latin American region. 9\. Organize and share the engineers' task schedule with internal clients, including clear discussions of priorities and established deadlines. 10\. Keep the engineering department's tools up\-to\-date, regularly share dashboards with our internal clients, and update the area's key performance indicators (KPIs), keeping the organization's directors informed. 11\. Efficiently manage the human and technical resources associated with the engineering area, seeking maximum efficiency for the benefit of our internal and external clients. 12\. Analyze and propose innovative solutions, and participate in the development of new technical or project control tools that enable optimization.
