Position Summary: Coordinate and manage orders, invoicing, inventory control, and expense verification to ensure smooth operations for events and restaurants. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order and invoicing management 2. Inventory and supply control 3. Logistical support for events and restaurants * Verify that all orders are properly requested on time and as required. * Prepare supplier orders. * Generate invoices from receipts. * Record product receipts in the system, then issue outgoing deliveries to required departments. * Prepare purchase vouchers along with purchase orders and requisitions. * Verify cash and supplier expenses. * Conduct month-end inventory counts. * Confirm that no supplies are missing across all departments to support event execution and inventory operations. * Prepare restaurant supplier orders. * Procure banquet and restaurant supplies. * Deliver supplies to banquets and restaurants. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree preferred (completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
