Apply now! **This position is remote in Mexico** **Compensation:** $12,480 \- $18,720 \+ Commission **Responsibilities:*** Answer inbound calls for customers calling to receive cash or novation offers * Identify high\-equity, distressed, and opportunity\-rich properties and qualify them to understand their motivation, timeline, and needs * Master objection handling and confidently guide sellers toward the next steps * Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments that convert into contracts * Move leads through the pipeline with urgency and precision * Maintain detailed CRM notes so every conversation builds momentum * Execute multi\-touch follow\-up (calls, texts, emails) until a clear yes or no is achieved * Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set, contracts influenced) **About Company** Eclipse Buys Homes is a Real Estate Investment company focused on the North Shore/Boston area.
