Human by nature. **Raw Material Planning Coordinator, your future opportunity?** As a Raw Material Planning Coordinator, you will coordinate the planning, scheduling, and management of the raw materials used in the production plant to achieve and maintain the Service, WoFF, Inventory, Productivity, and other goals following best planning practices, ensuring that work tasks are delegated and handled by the responsible associates within the team to achieve the departmental and organizational results defined by the company. You'll report to the Planning Manager, based in our Cuernavaca site working 4 days at the office and 1 day remote. **In this exciting opportunity, you'll:** **Regulatory Compliance:** Work following quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards and good practices. **Plan and Schedule:** Develop strategic plans for the acquisition of raw materials and packaging materials. Coordinate with other departments, such as Production and Logistics, to ensure that supplies are available on time and in the required quantities to meet production goals and delivery dates. Resolve material shortages through efficient planning to guarantee an appropriate inventory level following corporate standards. **Indicators:** Produce performance reports to relevant stakeholders. Collect and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to increase operational efficiency from a planning perspective. Create and report main production indicators to provide statistical data supporting continuous improvement projects. **Communication:** Be an escalation point for resolving issues, complaints, and prioritization concerns. **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Work with other departments such as Production, Procurement, Quality, shared service center, and Logistics. Ensure that raw material and packaging requirements are met in a coordinated manner and without supply chain disruptions. Achieve and maintain service level goals. Communicate material\-related issues by working with multiple areas to address problems within the scope of your responsibility and management. **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials. Plan purchases according to production needs and demand forecasts, ensuring stock availability while avoiding excess inventory that could incur additional costs. Achieve and maintain inventory, WoFF, SLOB, and efficiency objectives. **Team Management:** Develop departmental talent within and beyond the planning, supply chain, and operations responsibilities. Monitor workload and schedules to maintain departmental balance. **Cost Optimization:** Seek opportunities to improve costs related to the acquisition, storage, and use of raw materials and packaging materials. **Continuous Improvement \& Strategy:** Help design and implement the planning strategy aligned with our needs and site priorities. Analyze material planning performance and improve Indicators by implementing improvement opportunities. Develop continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes related to raw material and packaging management, including the implementation of new technologies, more efficient inventory management methods, and workflow optimization.
