A commercial-sector company is looking for a **Junior Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Coordinator**, with an operational focus and the ability to structure and improve procurement, inventory, and supplier relationship processes. The position reports directly to the General Management and plays a key role in optimizing the Procurement area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead **demand planning**, in coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance. * Ensure **optimal inventory levels**, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * Manage and **negotiate with national and international suppliers** (pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and delivery timelines). * Analyze sales history, consumption patterns, and forecasts to anticipate purchasing needs. * Track and control procurement activities via **ERP** (Business Central preferred). * Participate in the **restructuring and improvement of Procurement processes**. * Prepare reports and monitor KPIs for General Management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (degree completion not mandatory). * **4–7 years of experience** in procurement, supply, or supply chain. * At least **2–3 years coordinating processes or small teams**. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Proficiency in at least one **ERP system** (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Business Central, or similar). * **Advanced English** (reading and communication). * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **We Offer:** * Salary: **$43,264 gross monthly** * Contract: **4-month probation period \+ permanent position** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers: **$1,500 monthly** * Major Medical Expense Insurance (individual) * Life insurance * 15-day Christmas bonus * Excellent **opportunity for growth and visibility** within the organization Employment type: Full-time Salary: $43,000.00 \- $43,200.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
