A prominent retail company with multi-channel sales of home goods and consumables seeks a **REPLENISHMENT SPECIALIST AND RETAIL BUYER** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or International Business, Administration, Commercial Relations, Economics, or related field. \- **Degree required.** Experience: 1–3 years as a purchasing assistant, junior buyer, or procurement clerk (retail). * Efficient inventory management, sales trend analysis, seasonality awareness * Supplier negotiation * Forecasting and purchase order processing * Demand planning Knowledge: * Intermediate English * Inventory management knowledge * Purchase order entry (mandatory) * Intermediate Excel: (creates charts, performs data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and reports) * Word: basic; PowerPoint: basic * Knowledge of categories: home goods, décor (vases, photo frames), beverages (consumables) * ERP: ORACLE – intermediate level preferred; other ERP systems acceptable Skills: * Frustration tolerance * Communication skills * Active listening * Persuasiveness * Dynamism **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Ensure 95% in-stock rate for TOP items 2\. Boost sales of replenishable items through elasticity analysis 3\. Ensure 95% in-stock rate for replenishable items 4\. Ensure delivery schedule compliance by region of origin: 8 / 12 / 25 weeks of projected purchases with suppliers 5\. Ensure delivery compliance at CEDIS according to commercial plan 6\. Report supplier delivery issues 7\. Generate demand forecasts and purchase orders 8\. Compile supplier directory **Work Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm **Salary and Benefits** Salary: $17,000 gross \+ PL \+ Pass card (13% starting from month 3) \+ life insurance \+ savings fund (5% of salary starting from month 6) **Work Location:** 10 minutes from Perisur Plaza, Jardines del Pedregal de San Ángel, Coyoacán. **Every Monday, employees are sent to LERMA** (distribution center); **return time is 6:00 pm**.
