





Restaurant company is seeking: PURCHASER * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, or related fields (e.g., Industrial Engineering) * 5 years of experience in procurement within a commissary setting, ensuring product quality, company policies, and regulatory compliance (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meats) * Skilled negotiator regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and pricing; capable of preparing comparative analyses; analyzing procurement, consumption, and pricing data; managing inventory levels (maximum and minimum stock) * Proficiency in at least one ERP system and advanced Excel * Establishment of KPIs and execution of additional projects * Willingness to work at the La Viga 441 commissary, corner of Viaducto Piedad * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
