Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP/SAP. * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in a similar position. Knowledge: * Procurement management. * Procurement process. * Material planning and procurement (raw materials and packaging materials). * Supplier development. * New product development. * Procurement strategy analysis. * Import management. * Knowledge of maquiladora operations. Job Responsibilities: * Ensure supply of materials critical to production. * Identify suppliers and request samples of new materials. * Develop, select, and evaluate new suppliers. * Prepare and issue bill of materials. * Conduct price and purchase condition negotiations. * Issue quality\-price\-service reports per buyer.
